We are looking forward to seeing you Friday, April 26, 2024. Here are some things to know about the event.
Ticketing
To save time, you can check-in with your phone using the GiveSmart app. A link will be sent to you. Anyone who is pre-checked in can enter the "Fast Track" table at registration to pick up your meal tickets and table assignments when you arrive.
If you do not check in prior, you will need to go to the general registration table to pick up your meal tickets. Registration will open at 5:00 p.m.
NOTE: We are sold out, there will be no tickets sold at the door this year.
Key Times
Registration will open at 5:00pm. We encourage you to arrive early, to give you enough time to grab a drink, browse the silent auction, bet on the wine or wall or Bourbon, and mingle with friends before dinner.
All guests must add a credit card to their GiveSmart profile in order to participate in the Online Auction and to purchase game tickets at the event. There is also a Cash bar.

Dinner Begins Promptly at 6pm. You will be seated at assigned tables.
Food & Drinks: Your meal choices were pre-selected at registration, and if you missed the deadline, we opted you to have Chicken. There is no opportunity to switch meals. Coffee and water are included, there is a cash bar for drinks and cocktails.
The Program begins at 7pm, where we will discuss our community impact, have a live auction and hold a Fund-a-need. Silent auction checkout will begin at 8:30pm. The Music and bars will close at 9pm.
Fun AND a Fundraiser
We love getting together, but this isn't just a party. It's a fundraiser critical to keep our organization going. Please consider pledging a monthly donation to us this year. You can choose between one-time or monthly giving in the link.
Location
The event will be held indoors at Inwood Oaks Event Center. Inwood Oaks Event Center, Inwood Avenue North, Oakdale, MN, USA.
What to Wear
Dress for a classy dinner out. If you want to embrace the "Derby" vibe, we encourage it, but it is not required. Derby fashion embraces the spring with bright bold colors, seersucker or navy blazers. No Derby outfit is complete without a hat.
Online Auction
As in the past, we will have our online auction. This is the major way we raise money for WCF, so please help us by bidding on our amazing line-up of items. The auction will be live from Monday, 04/22 until Friday, 04/26 at 8pm.
